Bobby Orr Power Play

I find Bobby Orr to be all about building your bonus.

The top saucer awards an increasing value (3K, 6K, 9K, 12K, 15K). Especially important is that the 6K lights the left orbit rollovers for bonus advances and the 12K lights the right orbit rollovers for bonus advances.

Completing either drop target bank progressively awards 2x, 3x, 5x bonus and then extra ball and special.

The very top star rollover and the center standup target raise the post between the flippers. Two of the lower star rollovers and the inlanes lower the post.

My Strategy

I focus on making orbit shots until both sets of orbit rollovers are lit to advance bonus.

I then focus on the drop target banks to advance the bonus multiplier and try to get the extra ball.

Throughout the game I always use the upper flippers to try to complete the drop targets. I fear no side-to-side action!

Once I am at 5x bonus, I then go back to hitting orbits to max my bonus and try to collect 15K saucers.

I tend to ignore the post. I find when I try to rely on the post, it always lowers at just the wrong time. If it saves me I am happy, but I don’t plan on it being there.
